Transfer tape for applying your stencil
My book-edge stenciling guide, with step-by-step instructions for preparing your book, applying the stencil, and painting your edges
What you’ll need:
A paperback book to customize
Sandpaper, clamps, and protective paper
Spray paint or your preferred book-edge painting supplies
Tweezers or a weeding tool
A few things to know:
This is an adhesive vinyl stencil, not a finished painted book
The stencil is designed for one-time use
Paint, books, and other preparation supplies are not included
I recommend practicing on a paperback book you don’t mind experimenting with before customizing a favorite!
